  • If your prop or case arrives damaged YOU must file a damage claim. Dream Illusion cannot do this when the illusion is in your possession.
  • Any problem you may experience must be addressed immediately. Dream Illusion cannot address what is not know. Please contact immediately for immediate attention.
  • Dream Illusion does not offer refund but will do everything possible within reason, to make sure you the buyer, will be happy with your purchase from Dream Illusions.
