With respects to Jonathan Pendragon, whose creative genius gave us the first Fire Cage Illusion. Imagine this...Show a cage completely empty, light a huge fire in bottom of the cage - cover cage with red foulard - TWO seconds later your beautiful assistant STANDS up and exits the cage! I believe this to be the finest Fire Cage on the market today. If you’ve seen other Fire Cages, you know they can take 10 to 20 minutes to assemble and then there are all those bolts and wing nuts to loose. NOT WITH THIS ONE! From the ATA case, ONE person can assemble this Fire Cage in under two minutes, and here’s the best part...there are NO bolts, nuts, wing nuts, pins, clips or ANY fasteners of any kind, yet this is very strong and stable. It features a unique interlocking and channel system.. This also features a “quick release” leg system created by Dream Illusions. The TOP AND FRONT hinge, so your assistant can stand up to exit. The load space also has a “spandex floor” which allows your assistant to sink into the base an additional 3 to 4 inches. The overall interior dimensions are: 38” front to back, 28” wide and 26” high. The “load space” is 12” deep x 28” wide x 29 1/2” high. The “fire box” is HUGE...4” x 12”, so your fire can be as small or as large as you wish. When the large foulard is pulled off it releases the “trap” and ALSO extinguishes the fire. The mechanics are virtually SILENT! There are two regular and two locking 4” industrial casters as well and as stated it comes with a NEW custom heavy-duty, hard shell ATA case. This is new, and takes it's inspiration from Rand Woodbury's "Jam", however the methodology is different, and there is no "jam"!! The top half folds down, plus there is a "kicker" that has been added. "Konundrum Kube" - Your beautiful assistant enters a tall "kube" from the side. You rotate the kube, 360 degrees. HER REAL HAND COMES THROUGH THE FRONT AND YOU PLACE A SILK OR OTHER OBJECT IN IT. Following that, you insert a large octagon tube, bisecting the kube from the front to back. You again rotate the kube 360 degrees. The audience is not impressed because they are sure she is in the top half! Sorry to disappoint them, you begin o fold the 4 sides of the top half down till the kube is half the size it originally was. You may again rotate if you wish, and for the kicker you shove a "steel spike" from side to side, bisecting not only the kube but the octagon tube earlier placed through the kube. This effect should fit a "REGULAR build" 5'9" assistant. Is very deceptive, well built, and features Dream Illusions "no-bolt" assembly. That's right. the legs and all 4 sides assemble without any bolts or fasteners of any kind, yet is VERY strong and stable and packs flat.
